If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
About Instayaar
Instayaar is a verified, activity-based companionship platform that enables users to connect through shared interests, hobbies, skills, and everyday activities. The platform is strictly non-romantic, non-therapeutic, and non-escort in nature.
Instayaar exists to promote meaningful human connection, emotional well-being, and safe social interaction.
Eligibility
To use Instayaar, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Complete verification requirements where applicable
Instayaar reserves the right to refuse or terminate access if eligibility conditions are not met.
User Roles
Instayaar has two primary user roles:
Clients
Users who book companionship sessions for activities, hobbies, assistance, or social interaction.
Yaars (Companions)
Verified individuals who offer their time, skills, or companionship for approved activities.
Both roles are governed by these Terms.
Nature of Services
Instayaar facilitates activity-based companionship services only, enabling users to connect through shared interests, hobbies, skills, and everyday activities. The Platform is strictly limited to non-romantic and non-transactional companionship. Romantic, sexual, escort, dating, therapeutic, medical, or counselling services of any kind are expressly prohibited.
All companionship sessions must be conducted in a respectful, safe, and appropriate manner and must remain focused on the agreed activity or purpose of the booking. Instayaar does not guarantee emotional outcomes, personal compatibility, or user satisfaction, as experiences are subjective in nature. Any use of the Platform beyond its intended purpose, or in violation of these principles, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Verification & Safety
- Yaars must complete identity and background verification as required
- Instayaar uses moderation, reviews, and reporting mechanisms to promote safety
- Users must behave respectfully and follow community guidelines at all times
Instayaar reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate safety or conduct standards.
Bookings, Payments & Fees
- All bookings must be made through the Instayaar platform
- Payments are processed via secure, in-app payment systems
- Pricing, session duration, and cancellation rules are displayed before confirmation
- Instayaar may charge platform or service fees as applicable
Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to Instayaar’s cancellation policy.
User Responsibilities
By using Instayaar, you agree to:
- Provide accurate profile and booking information
- Respect personal boundaries and time commitments
- Use the platform only for lawful, intended purposes
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour
- Not to solicit or offer services outside the platform Violation of responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of the account.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Instayaar platform. Users must not engage in, request, promote, or facilitate any romantic, sexual, escort, or dating-related interactions of any kind. Harassment, abuse, intimidation, discrimination, or any form of offensive or inappropriate behaviour toward other users is not permitted.
Users are prohibited from creating fake profiles, misrepresenting their identity, background, intentions, or services, or providing false or misleading information. Any attempt to solicit, arrange, or accept payments outside the Instayaar platform is strictly forbidden. Users must also refrain from engaging in any illegal, unsafe, unethical, or unlawful activities. Instayaar maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misuse and reserves the right to take immediate action against violations.
Reviews & Ratings
- Users may leave honest feedback after completed sessions
- Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and relevant
- Instayaar reserves the right to remove misleading or abusive reviews
Reviews help maintain platform trust and transparency.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and platform materials are the property of Joshful Apps Private Limited.
Users may not copy, distribute, or misuse any platform content without written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Instayaar platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. The Privacy Policy explains in detail how personal information is collected, stored, processed, and protected when you access or use the Platform. This includes information provided during registration, profile creation, verification, booking, and communication.
Instayaar is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in the Privacy Policy and consent to the lawful collection and use of your data as outlined therein.
Limitation of Liability
Instayaar acts solely as a technology platform and facilitator, enabling users to discover, book, and participate in activity-based companionship sessions. Instayaar does not provide companionship services and does not supervise, control, or direct users' conduct during any session.
While Instayaar undertakes reasonable efforts to verify user profiles and promote safety, we do not guarantee the quality, compatibility, conduct, or outcome of any companionship session. Experiences on the Platform are subjective, and individual satisfaction may vary.
Instayaar shall not be responsible or liable for any personal disagreements, misunderstandings, unmet expectations, emotional distress, or conflicts arising between users before, during, or after a session. Users acknowledge that all interactions occur at their own discretion and personal judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Instayaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, emotional impact, reputational harm, or personal inconvenience, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or participation in any session.
In no event shall Instayaar’s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific session giving rise to the claim, or such lower amount as may be required by applicable law.
By using the Platform, users expressly acknowledge and agree that they engage in companionship sessions voluntarily, at their own risk and responsibility, and that Instayaar’s role is limited to providing the digital infrastructure to facilitate such connections.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform operations. Updates will be posted on the Platform. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
Termination of Access
Instayaar reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Restrict access without prior notice if safety is compromised
- Remove content or profiles that breach platform rules
Termination decisions are final.
Modifications to Terms
Instayaar may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the use of the Instayaar platform, its services, or these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
The parties expressly agree that the courts located within India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from or relating to these Terms, including, without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or enforcement.
Users hereby submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to jurisdiction, including objections based on venue, inconvenience, or conflict of laws.
